AHC= Alberta Health Care.
The Province of Alberta allows every Albertan with AHC to receive $200 towards Chiropractic care yearly. This $200 is renewed
every July 1st. The AHC portion paid is $14 per visit to the $200 maximum. It does cover the Consultations, Exams, Treatments
and Re-exams for all the above services EXCEPT Laser and Massage TREATMENTS.
Most extended Benefits through work or private health insurance cover the above services as well. It is the responsibility
of the patient to pay our clinic all amounts owed (not covered by AHC) and than submit the paid receipts to your health insurance
company for possible reimbursement.
